Can I use my own merchant account?
If you are processing on First Data, TSYS or Heartland, you are good to go! We also support Global Payments or Chase in Canada. If you are not sure, give us a shout. Go here for a complete list of integrations.
Do I need an iPad?
Sunami POS offers a browser-based version in addition to our iPad version. With the browser version you can use any Windows or Android device with an internet connection.
Can I use my own iPad?
Yes you can. You will need at least iOS version 10 or higher. You can buy POS enclosures for your iPad from our store.
How does support work?
Every Sunami POS software subscription comes with 24/7/365 phone, remote and email support along with all you can eat training and menu programming. We also offer onsite hardware and network assitance and a bunch of other professional services found here.
